Beach Front Condos Daytona Florida

Daytona is known for its beaches. But more than its beaches, visitors and travelers will surely not expect that the area has an artsy-side. That's right; Daytona Beach can be the source of arts and cultural entertainment as well. For this year, the area will host the 2008 Daytona Beach Film Festival. This is actually the 6th time that the area plays host to an event like this. For 2008, the event is said to open on Thursday September 18.

The opening night will feature a gala and a fundraiser and this event will include a gourmet meal, wine and this will be followed by dessert. After the dinner, there will be a showing of the retro film classic. Ticket prices for the said event will start to go on sale on Wednesday September 10 and the tickets for the festival can be purchased prior to the showing of each film in the festival. There will also be a Student Film Festival that will be hosted on the same area and admission to the films that will be shown on the festival is free. One waited event of the festival will showcase professional surfers and 20 countries and set to the music on the giant 30 foot outdoor screen. The screening of the flick is made more special by the free beers and wings during the movie.

This festival and other artsy activities along Daytona Beach are the things that make the area lively and vibrant any time of the year. This is the reason as well why popularity is surging for the many beach front condos. Daytona Florida offers that with style. And this is the reason why people who know their arts and love the outdoors see Daytona Beach as a great place to seek fun and culture.
